Texas Tech University E-mail Author AARON S. ZIMMERMAN is an Assistant Professor of Curriculum and Instruction in the College of Education at Texas Tech University. He is interested in the interactive classroom decision-making of early-career teachers as well as in how teacher education can help prepare early-career teachers for the practical realities of teaching.
