    KAREN HUCHTING is an associate professor with tenure in the Department of Educational Leadership and Administration at Loyola Marymount University (LMU), located in Los Angeles. She also serves as the Associate Director of the Doctoral (Ed.D.) Program in Educational Leadership for Social Justice at LMU, where she teaches courses in quantitative methods, data analysis, dissertation writing, and issues of social justice in education. She has published several manuscripts and book chapters related to the preparation of socially just school leaders and she has served as a peer-reviewed journal editor for the past five years. Most recently, Dr. Huchting was selected for a Fulbright exchange where she will serve as a research methods specialist at a university oversees.
