The Work of the National Advisory Council on School-Building Problems

The purpose of the work on school-building problems in the Office of Education is to carry on research that will be of service to the states by providing information on the best that is known concerning (1) methods of long-range school-building planning, (2) the technique of educational planning and its relation to the constructional planning of the school plant, and (3) methods in practice of utilizing existing school plants so as to secure greater capacity, and the relation of such utilization to the educational program.
