    ELIZABETH WILKINS is a Professor at Northern Illinois University in the Department of Leadership, Educational Psychology, & Foundations. Her research agenda focuses on preservice education, student teachers, clinical supervision, and induction/mentoring of beginning teachers. She has over 35 publications which include books, book chapters, and research articles. She is the current president of Kappa Delta Pi International Honor Society in Education, an organization with educational outreach to over 35,000 active members and 620 collegiate chapters in over 32 countries.
