by Jack A. Culbertson 1986

In probing the "whither literacy" question, three general but related outcomes will be sought. Second, some of the deeply conflicting perspectives on computer uses are briefly delineated in order to highlight the controversies which surround literacy decisions. Third, a rationale for analyzing the "whither" question is explicated and used to probe paths into the future.
