University of the Pacific E-mail Author RONALD E. HALLETT is an Assistant Professor in the Benerd School of Education at the University of the Pacific and a Research Associate in the Center for Higher Education Policy Analysis at the University of Southern California. His research focuses on improving educational access and participation for underserved student groups. In a recently published book, Educational Experiences of Hidden Homeless Teenagers Living Doubled-Up, he explores how residential instability influences how youth and families engage the educational system. Hallett has articles exploring similar issues in Education & Urban Society, Metropolitan Universities Journal, Critical Studies-Cultural Methodologies, and The Qualitative Report.
