MCELHOE is currently director of credit programs at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with responsibility for the administration of the University’s Distance Education programs and Summer School activities. In addition to 20 years experience as administrator of distance and continuing education programs as well as an instructor and developer of traditionally delivered and online courses, Dennis holds a Ph.D. in Education from Purdue University with a specialization in community and work programs.
