The Educational System of France- Introduction

Qualifying and competitive examinations constitute the culmination of studies. They reflect rather precisely their character and tendencies. Before, however, giving even a summary outline of the system of French qualifying and competitive examinations, it will be necessary to present in broad outline the administrative and pedagogical organization of our education, or rather of the different branches of education.
