A Nation Left Behind: How and Why Bad Education Leads Good (and Not So Good) Leaders to Turn Bad by Robert J. Sternberg — February 19, 2007I argue that our current educational system, and especially the No Child Left Behind Act, defeats the purpose of developing a new generation of positive leaders. Leaders are not merely repositories of facts: They effectively use the knowledge they learn.
