A Nation Left Behind: How and Why Bad Education Leads Good (and Not So Good) Leaders to Turn Bad

I argue that our current educational system, and especially the No Child Left Behind Act, defeats the purpose of developing a new generation of positive leaders. Leaders are not merely repositories of facts: They effectively use the knowledge they learn. I discuss fallacies of often knowledgeable but ineffective leaders, and how our educational system should develop the kinds of thinking that prevent such fallacies from occurring.
