Suggested Studies in Adult Education

RESEARCH and study traditionally have prefaced every major advance in adult education in the United States since it became an integral part of the educational structure of the country with the establishment of the American Association for Adult Education in 1926.One of the major purposes of the Associates in preparing an extensive list of research and studies in adult education is to suggest to the student the fertility that lies in this hitherto slightly cultivated field. The field seems rich and wide and there is little doubt that the serious worker will find its cultivation well worth while.
