University of Pennsylvania Belinda Williams is the Managing Director for Research and Development for the Center for Health, Achievement, Neighborhood, Growth and Ethnic Studies (CHANGES) at the University of Pennsylvania. Her recent work focuses on the impact of cultural environments on the cognitive development and the academic achievement patterns of poor children.
