Remove them from their homes in raw November weather and pour them into the balmy atmosphere of Dorado Beach in Puerto Rico. Let said notables be placed in an unchilled climate to do some "blue sky" thinking about problems related to universal higher education. When done, as evidenced in this book, the food for thought is yeasty and platable. As might be expected, some of the ideas are not immediately practicable; but, even in these instances, there is ample stimulus for further thinking.
