    LINDSEY DIPPOLD became passionate about success in higher education while still an undergraduate student. As a practitioner for 10 years turned clinical assistant professor, her areas of interest include, student development theory, introduction to higher education, and leadership theory. Her role at Arizona State University also includes coordinating the practicum and annual study abroad experiences, and she also serves as co-creator and director for the Maricopa County Community College district's adjunct faculty academy, currently in its fifth year. Recent publications include "Teaching and Learning: Strategies for a Multigenerational Classroom," written as a part of the Cross Papers fellowship, and two papers co-authored with Molly Ott, "Part-Time Faculty Involvement in Decision-Making" and "Adjunct Employment Preference: Who Wants to be Full-Time Faculty?"
