Behavioral Analysis and Token Reinforcement in Educational Behavior Modification and Curriculum Research

Several points included in the analysis of programmed instruction and behavior modification studies will be stressed in this paper: (a) the need for the development of reinforcement principles and practices in education, (b) the need for behavior analysis, (c) the need to deal with basic areas of education such as reading, and (d) the need for a wider utilization of learning principles.
