Secondary Schooling for Students Becoming Bilingual

The chapter is divided into two parts. In the first part I examine school and program structure, presenting four different organizational configurations of programs for LM students. In the second part I present some common features across secondary programs that are successful with Hispanic LM students. Although these aspects of secondary programs will be discussed separately, in reality they are all interrelated.
