This chapter presents a case study about a struggling student who dropped out and then came to Eagle Rock School and Professional Development Center, became engaged in her learning, and graduated. at Eagle Rock School and Professional Development Center, leadership
development specialist with Big Picture Learning, Affiliate Center
Director for the Coalition of Essential Schools. He was principal at an
innovative school, the Bronx Guild, from 2004–2006 and also worked with
Expeditionary Learning Outward Bound as a teacher and administrator.
His research interests are staff development, educational leadership, and
coaching.
