SUSAN TALBURT is Director and Professor of Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies at Georgia State University, where she teaches and conducts research in youth studies, higher education and neoliberalism, and queer and feminist theory. Most recently, she and Nancy Lesko co-edited Keywords in Youth Studies: Tracing Affects, Movements, Knowledges (Routledge, 2012). She is beginning a project on affects and spaces of the “global gay youth.”
