University of Aberdeen E-mail Author LANI FLORIAN is Professor of Social and Educational Inclusion at the University of Aberdeen (UK) where she is working with colleagues in the School of Education on the reform of initial teacher education programs to ensure that all teachers are prepared to work in inclusive schools and classrooms. She is editor of the Sage Handbook of Special Education, and co-author of Achievement and Inclusion in Schools. Current research projects focus on inclusive pedagogy and achievement and inclusion.
