The Challenge of No Child Left Behind: Understanding the Issues of Excellence, Accountability and Choice was written, according to the authors, to support educators in navigating the waters of No Child Left Behind. It provides information based on reviews of current literature and encourages discussion of the major concepts associated with the legislation.
